ꕤ Terms of service
By commissioning me, you declare that you have already read and accepted my Terms of Service.

Order Form
• You can DM me in twitter.
ꕤ PAYMENT
• Prices are in USD and payments via Paypal.
• Full payment must be done before starting to work.
• Listed prices are not the final price. Serve to send an email/DM for a quote. (Contact ways on footer).
• Once the commission and payment are confirmed, no refunds are allowed!
• Payments in two parts are allowed if your commission is over $1000 (invoice will have a due date previously agreed).
ꕤ REVISIONS
• When sending in an inquiry please be sure to include all details, references and what you need for the commission in one single form.
• Work-in-progress previews will be sent to the contact form provided by the customer to ensure the commission is going as expected.
• In character design you will receive 1-2 options during the process of sketch.
• You are allowed of requesting for 1 revision after this 6 small changes on first sketch for free, so please be sure to specify any changes you need.
• If you have something specific in mind please tell me so, as I won't be able to make major edits or redraw the whole thing unless I did something completely opposite of what you asked (ex: you asked for the character to be sitting down and I drew them jumping) please be direct when asking for changes.
• Additional revisions/changes will be charged.
• Changes for previously approved stuff won't be accepted unless it is my mistake. If you insist, a fee will be added for every change. More info: ꕤ Extra fees
• Redlines are okay as long as you ask before making it.
• For YCH commission types, there won't be sketch WIPs (unless I have something to ask). Final product will be delivered after accepted request.
• Unapproved proposals, wips and designs are not the property of the client but the property of the artist.
ꕤ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• If deadline is required please say it while ordering.
• Asking for a deadline will be charged depending on current work load and request complexity. More info: ꕤ Extra fees
• Files delivering are via email or drive (email address provided by customer).
ꕤ TURN AROUND TIME
• It might take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.
• Please be patient, you can always check my work queue to track your commission. I always update it.
ꕤ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Don't claim my artwork as yours.
• Don't trace, edit, copy or sell my artwork.
• Don't remove my signature without permission.
• My artwork shouldn't be turned into an NFT.
• My artwork shouldn't be used to feed any sort of AI.
• I reserve the rights of the artwork.
ꕤ PRIVATIZED ARTWORK
I have the right to livestream and upload work-in-progress previews while working on your commission unless you pay for privatize the process. More info: ꕤ Extra fees
TOS are subject to change without previous notice.
Disrespecting guidelines listed above and/or having inappropriate behavior during commission process will amerite of losing opportunity for future commission requests and a refund will be done with a penalization of 20%. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.

Important: Fees may increase depending on the context.
Deadline / Rush commission
Asking for a deadline will be charged depending on current work load and request complexity (From +$40 USD).Private commission
• Private process: Don't wanna spoil the surprise? I will not livestream while I work on your commission. I will not upload screenshots showing considerable parts of the illustration process. I'll upload the art on my gallery or socials with watermark in a lower resolution a day after I email you the file. If you need me to wait for a specific date, say it on the form (I can wait maximum 1-2 months If it is more from $25 USD).
• NDA required: If you don't want it to be public at all and never be publicly shown, a charge will be added (From $55 USD).Commercial use
• Streaming / Content use: When the artwork is not the bulk of the product such as promotional material, digital CD cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc. (+100% of total amount).
FAQ: Does YouTube assets (banner, avatar, using art in videos) count as commercial?
Yes, same for Patreon, Twitch and any ad-supported sites.
• Merchandise / ads / print: when the artwork is the bulk of the product such as body pillows, postcards, merchandise, etc. (+200% of total amount).Changes/fixes
Important: Price will be applied for every change requested individually. Price varies according to the size of the change.
• Small changes: Color adjustments such as saturation, hue, adjust hair, eyes etc. +$5 USD
• Big changes: Outfit, hairdo, shoes, etc. +$10 ~ $35 USD
Modifications/adjustments to already approved stuff (changing the pose, composition, or any other alterations which involves partial or impartial redrawing of the illustration).

Prices listed below are for personal use but if you needing with commercial purposes, you´ll need to discuss it with me on private.
• The price only includes the character. Background: transparent / flat color or small decoration.
